HARPER WOODS, Mich. (WXYZ) - Four officers were injured after a chase and crash in Harper Woods.
A suspect who was wanted for First Degree Criminal Sexual Conduct was arrested at the scene.
Harper Woods detectives had been searching for the suspect since the alleged sex assault happened on May 7.
Friday morning officers located him in Detroit.
The suspect fled from police. Officers from Harper Woods, Detroit and the U.S. Marshal's Service were involved in the pursuit.
Police say the suspect rammed into two squad cars.
Officers were able to arrest him near Outer Drive and Chalmers.
One Harper Woods officer and one officer from the U.S. Marshal's service were injured in the pursuit.
Two Detroit officers were injured in a separate crash while trying to assist the other officers.
The suspect is behind bars in Harper Woods and is facing multiple felony charges.
