(WXYZ) - The fight against breast cancer may soon have a new weapon.

There's a unique bra being tested to help with early detection of breast cancer.

A Reno, Nev. company, First Warning Systems , has developed a bra aimed at detecting tumors before a self-test of even a mammogram.

Developers say the Breast Tissue Screening Bra has the ability to detect any changes in breast tissue.

Researchers tested the bra on 650 women, and results were more than 90-percent accurate.

If it gets FDA approval, the product could be available in the U.S. by 2014.
