WXYZ (Dearborn Heights) - If you ever have had loved ones with a drug problem, you know they aren’t always honest about it.  The Hype Recreation Center is working to help families get answers.

The Wayne County Substance Abuse Coalition donated 300 drug testing kits that the center is now giving away.

The tests can detect numerous drugs, including marijuana, cocaine, and ecstasy.

The urine test kits are free to anyone who needs them.

The CEO of the Hype Recreation Center says if a test comes back positive, it has family support programs available.

The center is located on West Warren Avenue in Dearborn Heights.
