DETROIT (WXYZ) - Several retailers along Woodward in downtown Detroit are setting up for "Holiday DLight: Made in Detroit," an effort to bring shopping to the city for the holiday season.

The holiday shops are being set up around Detroit and several storefronts are being built for retailers like Moosejaw and Papa Joe's Snack Shop.

Quicken Loans and Somerset Collection’s CityLoft have partnered up and are activating their storefront in the 12 block of Woodward between Grand River and Gratiot.

More than 50 stores will be on hand for shoppers to browse through. The shopping area will be fully up and running by Friday at noon.
