Justin Bieber to bring 'Believe Tour' to Joe Louis Arena in 2013

DETROIT (WXYZ) - Justin Bieber will extend his "Believe Tour" with a Joe Louis Arena appearance.

Bieber will play at the Joe on Sunday, July 28th at 7 p.m. Tickets go on sale this Friday, December 14th at 10 a.m. at The Fox Theatre , Joe Louis Arena box offices, Hockeytown Authentics in Troy along with online purchases at Olympia Entertainment and Ticketmaster locations.

Tickets will run from $45, $59.50, $79.50 and $95.

A number of VIP packages will also be offered on the upcoming tour.  In addition to great seats, VIP packages can include Meet & Greets and photo opportunities with Justin Bieber, autographed memorabilia, exclusive VIP merchandise and much more!  For more information on VIP packages.

Additionally, $1 from each ticket will be donated to Pencils of Promise , a charity which works to build schools and increase educational opportunities in the developing world.  The goal is to build 15 schools around the world for needy children.
