Kelley Blue Book names best back-to-school cars for students

(WXYZ) - If your back-to-school shopping includes a trip to the car dealership, there's a new guide that can help you narrow down the choices and give first-time car buyers a head start.
Kelley Blue Book ranked the best 2012 cars based on affordability, reliability and safety. The company says the cars on the list are also fun to drive and fuel efficient.
All of the cars on the top 10 list are available for less than $16,000 according to Kelley Blue Book's Fair Purchase Price.
The top ten list:
1. Kia Soul
2. Hyundai Accent
3. Chevrolet Sonic
4. Ford Fiesta
5. Honda Fit
6. Mazda3
7. Fiat 500
8. Volkswagen Jetta
9. Toyota Yaris
10. Nissan Versa
