(WXYZ) - Nestle Prepared Foods Company is recalling packages of Lean Cuisine because they may contain glass.

The glass fragments may have gotten into the packages that were produced over a two-day period in November and distributed nationwide.

Nestle issued the recall after receiving reports from consumers complaining about finding glass fragments inside a portion of the entrée.

The packages recalled are the Lean Cuisine Culinary Collection Mushroom Mezzaluna Ravoli, UPS 13800-58358 with production codes 2311587812 and 2312587812. The best before date was marked as December 2013.

If you have a recalled Lean Cuisine, you can call Nestle Consumer Services at 866-586-9424. Nestle has offered to send consumers a replacement coupon.
