(WXYZ) - After 5 months of testimony, the Kilpatrick corruption trial is in the hands of the jury.
Below is a full list of the counts against defendants Kwame M. Kilpatrick, Bernard Kilpatrick and Bobby Ferguson.

Detroit’s former mayor, his father Bernard Kilpatrick, and Ferguson are charged with racketeering and extortion – accused of running a criminal enterprise out of city hall. The jury must render verdicts on 33 different counts.

Count 1 – RICO (Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organization) 20 years-pattern of racketeering activity: must prove at least two of the extortion acts, defrauding state grants and/or non-profits acts, bribery/acquisition of money/property under fear of economic harm acts
Count 2 – Interference with Commerce by Extortion up to 20-Sewer Lining Contract CS 1368 $50M contract - Inland
Count 3 - Interference with Commerce by Extortion up to 20--Amendment to 1368 – sinkhole; induced $175k from Inland

Count 31 – Subscribing a False Tax Return (2003) up to 3 years-failed to disclose additional income: cash, private jet flights, and personal expenses paid by Kilpatrick Civic Fund, amounting to at least $67,181 (he stated income of $188,227)
Count 32 - Subscribing a False Tax Return (2004) up to 3 years-failed to disclose additional income: cash, private jet flights amounting to at least $74,925 (stated his income was only $167,940)
Count 33 - Subscribing a False Tax Return (2005) up to 3 years-failed to disclose additional income: cash, private jet flights amounting to at least $11,279 (stated income was $156,329)
Count 34 - Subscribing a False Tax Return (2006) up to 3 years-failed to disclose additional income in the form of cash, private jet flights and personal expenses paid by Kilpatrick Civic Fund amounting to at least $122,997 (stated income was only $153,024)
Count 35 - Subscribing a False Tax Return (2007) up to 3 years-failed to disclose additional income: cash, private jet flights, personal expenses paid by Kilpatrick Civic Fund amounting to at least $194,569 (stated income $167,005)
Count 36 – Income Tax Evasion (2008) up to 5 years-During 2008, received taxable income: cash, private jet flights, personal expenses paid by KCF, amounting to at least $261,751
-Owed USA $85,397 for that unreported taxable income
-Concealed his income from IRS by:
a) filing a false tax return
b) causing an individual employed by his campaign and non-profits to kickback cash (Emma Bell)
c) caused the Kilpatrick Civic Fund to pay for personal expenses and concealed the payments
d) accepted $90,000 cash payment from Bobby Ferguson
BERNARD KILPATRICK
Total: 4
Count 1 – RICO (Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organization) 20 years-pattern of racketeering activity: must prove at least two of the extortion acts, defrauding state grants and/or non-profits acts, bribery/acquisition of money/property under fear of economic harm acts
Count 15 – Attempted Interference with Commerce by Extortion up to 20-Synagro: Bernard Kilpatrick tried to delay commerce by demanding payments from Rosendall, including payment of $5,000 for no services.
Count 37 – Subscribing a False Tax Return (2004) up to 3 years-failed to disclose additional income of at least $35,632 (stated income only $336,625)
Count 38 - Subscribing a False Tax Return (2005) up to 3 years-failed to disclose income of at least $150,329 (stated income only $220,259)
