(WXYZ) - Today marked the fifth year students have come together at Bryant Middle School in Dearborn to take a stand against bullying.
Students wore pink and formed a huge heart in front of the school. The heart symbolizes the love the students have for one another and the no-tolerance policy they have for bullying.
One student tells 7 Action News that their school also holds assembles leading up to the event so that the students can learn how to treat others around them.
Their shirts have a pledge written on them: "Words have power, actions have effect, choose carefully."
