Detroit (WXYZ) - The red carpet was rolled out as the cast and crew of ABC’s ‘Detroit 1-8-7’ gathered to celebrate the show’s premiere at the MGM Grand Detroit Tuesday night.

Stars like Michael Imperioli, James McDaniel, Erin Cummings and Natalie Martinez all are a part of the police drama that makes its debut to the public on September 21, at 10 p.m. on Channel 7.

‘Detroit 1-8-7’ has been produced in Detroit and tonight’s audience – which includes several prominent community leaders – is likely to see familiar landscapes in the show.

The ballroom at the MGM Grand hosted the screening.
