LANSING (WXYZ) - Gov. Rick Snyder will appoint a new State Supreme Court Justice today at 3pm. The new member of the high court will replace former justice Diane Hathaway, who pleaded to bank fraud last month following a 7 Action News Investigation that exposed how she shuffled properties out of her name to qualify for a short sale and get from under $600,000 in mortgage debt.
