(WXYZ) - 7 Action News has obtained the closing arguments from the prosecution and Kwame Kilpatrick's attorney, Jim Thomas.

We have also received the closing arguments from Bernard Kilpatrick's attorney, John Shea. Shea was in the middle of his closing when a juror became ill on Tuesday and court was adjourned for the day.

He resumed his closing argument on Thursday--you can also find that transcript below.
