(WXYZ) - In his first television interview since the fake girlfriend controversy, Notre Dame football star Manti T'eo addresses the hot topic on the Kate show.
You can watch two clips from Katie Couric's interview with Te'o in the video player above. The full interview will air Thursday at 3 p.m. on ABC
On January 17 news broke that Te'o was the alleged victim of a hoax when he discovered his girlfriend - who reportedly died in September - never really existed.
