DETROIT (WXYZ) - The Golden Arches are going green in Detroit.

McDonald's opened its first new shop in the Motor City in 10 years—and it’s a “green” restaurant.

The  building was constructed of clean and environmentally friendly products like recycled glass countertops and LED signage.

You'll also find a few nutritionally balanced items to dine on as you enjoy free Wi-Fi, soft leather seats and flat screen TVs.

The new McDonalds is on Mack Avenue at the Detroit and Grosse Pointe Farms border.
