(WXYZ) - Hey, Google: What time do I have to catch my flight? Also, can you tell me where that necklace is that I ordered a couple of weeks ago?
These questions-- that before may have had you digging through your email for tracking numbers--can now be answered with a simple Google search.
The new feature personalizes your searches by using your Gmail, Google Calendar and Google+ to gather specific information and then delivers it to you in list form on the Google search page.
The company says the information is completely secure and is shown to you through an encrypted connection. It's only visible to you when you're signed into Google.
Google's official blog says you can now check information about flights, reservations, purchases, and plans-you can even ask to see those personal photos you may have uploaded to Google+.
Now, if this makes you a little uneasy, you can always turn off the feature permanently.
Google says all you have to do is visit the private results section in your search settings and turn it off.
