(WXYZ) - Oakland County Prosecutor Jessica Cooper tells 7 Action News that no charges will be filed against Detroit Pistons coach Maurice Cheeks after a domestic incident in August.
Cooper says the victim has refused to come back to the state, so there is no witness.
In August, Officers say they were called to an address along Wooodward Avenue late Friday night after someone inside called police.
Cheeks was never arrested, but was brought into the police station for questioning and later released.
