(WXYZ) - When power lines are down because of high winds and tree branches, what gets fixed first? The tree limbs or the lines?  What if the lines are hot?  How can you repair lines with the limbs in the way?

We're taking action for people in the dark and in the cold in Bingham Farms after DTE crews arrived uncoordinated. 

Most of the families have moved out for the time being.
