(WXYZ) - The task force has released a photo of a person they believe is a possible witness in the I-96 area shooter case.

The pictures they released show an individual and a black 2008 Chevrolet Malibu at the Mobil Gas Station in Brighton on October 27. 

The FBI, ATF and Crime Stoppers are offering a $102,000 reward for any information leading to the arrest of the I-96 area shooter.

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives have also added additional resources to the task force created to help find the shooter. The multi-agency task force is comprised of 100 people.

There has been a heightened sense of urgency surrounding the investigation in Oakland, Livingston and Ingham counties.

To date, there have been 24 shootings along the interstate.
