Tanya Skelton made those remarks in the wake of a search for her sons last Saturday. The search was part of a training session for local law enforcement.
When Action News spoke with Morenci Police on Saturday we were told an item or items were discovered that may be connected to the case. Monday the chief of police released a statement saying nothing of importance was found.
Tanya Skelton says one unidentified item is being tested, but investigators do not believe it is of any significance.
