WAYNE COUNTY, Mich. (WXYZ) - Police say they are investigating two infant deaths that occurred in western Wayne County on Tuesday.

Police believe the deaths in Allen Park and Dearborn were accidental. Police say the mothers apparently fell asleep with their babies and may have accidentally suffocated them.

Dearborn Police say the child from their city was a 1-month-old girl.

The investigation is ongoing in both cases.
