(WXYZ) - Police are investigating a string of vehicle shootings that occurred in Washtenaw County on Monday.
Michigan State Police report that two vehicles were shot at around 6:00 pm on Austin Road between Schneider Road and Ernst Road in Bridgewater Township.
One of the drivers was in a 2005 Chevy Silverado pickup and the other was driving in a 1999 Pontiac Grand Prix.
Then at around 6:15 pm in Pittsfield Township, police say a 72-year-old woman was shot at while driving her vehicle on westbound Michigan Avenue, east of Industrial Drive.
The Pittsfield Department of Public Safety says the bullet hit the driver side door and the woman was not injured.
