DETROIT, Mich. (WXYZ) - Police say the man accused of infecting dozens of New Hampshire patients with Hepatitis C wrote a suicide note days before his arrest.

David Kwiatkwoski's breath smelled like alcohol and there were prescription pills found in the hotel room when he was taken into custody.

The traveling medical technician's suicide note said to tell his family that he "couldn't take this stress".

Investigators are working to determine if Kwiatkwoski infected patients in the 6 other states where he worked, including Michigan.
