POLICE: Missing Detroit three-year-old girl found with safe mother

DETROIT (WXYZ) - Police report a three-year-old girl who went missing Tuesday night has been found.
Samiya Turner disappeared from the 5000 block of East Outer Drive on Tuesday night on the city's east side.
Detroit Police says she was found with her mother and both are safe.
