DETROIT (WXYZ) - Police are searching for a 29-year-old woman who was last seen driving around the 19700 block of Appleton Street in Detroit on August 6.

Tamela Wells was driving her car, a 4-door Pontiac Grand Prix, when she disappeared. The car has since been recovered, according to a news release from police.

Wells is described as 5’-6” with brown eyes and black hair. She was last seen wearing a white shirt and blue jean shorts with a cuff.
