SOUTHFIELD (WXYZ) - Rep. Candice Miller has served five terms as the congresswoman from the 10 th District, but she says she has some unfinished business.
Miller has served a township trustee and supervisor, county treasurer, Michigan’s secretary of state, and for the last ten years, as a congresswoman. She is seeking a sixth term, and hopes to take aim at the budget.
The congresswoman says cuts and growth must be part of the solution. She proposes comprehensive tax reforms and closing loopholes. Miller also says energy diversification can spur growth. She advocates an “all of the above” strategy, which includes drilling in Alaska and supporting the Keystone Pipeline from Canada.
