(WXYZ) - On Tuesday, November 6 th, Michigan voters will be deciding on six proposals.
Proposal 6 would amend the state constitution regarding construction of international bridges and tunnels.
Stephen Clark sat down with Mickey Blashfield, Director of The People Should Decide ballot initiative, which supports Proposal 6.
