WXYZ-TV Detroit - On Sunday, July 29, Spotlight on the News host Chuck Stokes will go one-on-one with Michigan Congressional Candidates John Goci and Mary Waters.  Find out why these two Democrats think they have the upperhand on the newly redrawn 13th and 14th Congressional Districts.   Goci sits on the Wayne-Westland Schools Board and Waters is a former State Representative who ran a very close but unsuccessful race  for Congress in 2008.

Now in it's 47th season, Spotlight on the News is Michigan's longest running weekly news and public affairs program.
