DETROIT (WXYZ) - Detroit now has an emergency financial manager. It also has an upcoming Detroit mayoral election.
One of the announced candidates, Mike Duggan, still wants the city's top political job.
On Sunday, March 17, Duggan discusses in-depth why he has tossed his hat in the ring. If elected mayor, could he work with the new EFM and what other plans does he have in mind?
