Proposal 1, a referendum on Public Act 4, the Emergency Manager Law of 2011.  Proposal 5, if passed would amend he Michigan Constitution to require a two-thirds majority vote to raise taxes.  On Sunday, October 28, Spotlight will debate the pros and cons with Attorney Herb Sanders, Fred Leeb, Roger Martin, and Scott Hagerstrom.
 
Now in it's 47th season, Spotlight on the News is Michigan's longest running weekly news and public affairs program.
