Will Michigan Governor Rick Snyder be tapped by Romney for the Vice President's job?

(WXYZ) - The political rumor mill is in overdrive tonight after a consultant said he believes Mitt Romney will choose Michigan Governor Rick Snyder to be his running mate.

Republican Political Consultant Chris Ingram made the comment in an op-ed.

He's actually basing it on the fact that Michigan's delegation received the second best hotel location for the Republican National Convention in August.  He believes it’s an indication of things to come.

The Governor's camp responded to the rumor saying he is "focused on Michigan."
