Nathan sent this to his wife Bethany:
Words can't even begin to express how blessed I am as a man to have been given the gift of such an amazing wife. Bethany and I have been married for almost ten yen years (August 10, 2002) and and we have five beautiful children (4 girls and 1 boy). Reader's Digest Version: I fell in love with Bethany at the beginning of my sixth grade year when my dad became a pastor at the church that she attended. I knew from the very first moment I saw her that I never wanted to let her out of my sight. Fortunately our families were very close (dads grew up together) because my family ended up moving four hours away from her family. That never changed my love for her and actually just made my feelings for her even stronger. It wasn't until shortly after my mom passed away when I was a senior in high school that Bethany and I actually started to see that maybe there were some real feelings that we shared for each other. With that said I went away to school in Indiana and we kept in touch all through my freshman year but never actually formally started a relationship until the end of my sophomore year in college.
