(WXYZ) - The protesters arrested at the Capitol last week will face felony charges.

State Police say the eight people who were arrested in Lansing last Thursday have been charged with resisting and obstructing.

All eight are expected to be arraigned in Ingham County court later this month.

If convicted, they each face up to two years behind bars.
