(WXYZ) - Improvements catalog is recalling its adjustable ottoman beds because of a potential fall hazard.

The ottoman has casters with a folding metal frame and a high density polyfoam mattress. When the ottoman is converted to a bed and you sit on it, it can collapse.

The bed is sold by Improvements and Skymall catalogs and on their websites. The recall is for beds sold from May 2011 to August 2011. These beds cost between $150 to $190.

You should stop using the ottoman bed immediately and contact the store where you bought it for a full refund.
