City and county offices closed for President's Day

(WXYZ) - In observance of President's Day, several county and city offices are closed today.
The offices are also closed because today is a mandatory furlough day.
The offices include:
- 36th District Court
- The Wayne Country Clerk's Office (includes all divisions of the county's downtown and satellite offices)
Services affected by these closing include: elections, court services, birth and death certificates, marriage licenses and concealed weapons.
Regular business hours will resume on Tuesday.
