(WXYZ) - Two dozen community leaders were invited to the Governor's Detroit offices for a private meeting Friday to talk about the state takeover.

The appeal is specifically limited to disputes about the facts," Snyder said in reference to City Council's appeal of a state takeover. "I expect to review that pretty quickly, within a couple of days," added the governor.

The hearing for City Council is at 10 a.m. Tuesday in Lansing before the deputy state treasurer.

That's the final hurdle before the Governor can move forward with the state takeover.
