DETROIT (WXYZ) - Detroit fire crews are battled two houses engulfed in flames on the city's east side early Wednesday morning.
It happened on Kern street near VanDyke and I-94.
In addition to firefighters and police, DTE was on the scene due to the danger of a nearby utility pole catching fire.
There is no word on what started the fire.
