DETROIT (WXYZ) - Changes are coming to DDOT buses in Detroit. Four of the major routes are going to be affected.
The bus system plans on increasing transportation on Grand River, Dexter, Gratiot and Woodward Ave.
More buses will be running from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and they will run four times an hour. This is an attempt to alleviate some of the congestion on those routes.
However, this means that if you travel along one of the less frequented routes the buses are not going to come around as often.
