DETROIT (WXYZ) - Detroit fire crews battled seven house fires on the city’s east side Tuesday night.
Three of the house fires were on the 17209 block on Hasse, two more of them were on the corner of Healy and Nancy, and the other two were blocks away at Lamont and East McNichols.
The fires appear to be well under control now, but firefighters will remain on the scene.
We're told it looks like all the homes were vacant.
With the fires so close together, the cause is suspicious and will be investigated.
