DETROIT(WXYZ) - A fire on Detroit's east side sends one firefighter to the hospital after crews scramble to find a hydrant with enough pressure to help put out blaze.
It happened late Friday night while crews were responding to a fire on Lessing street. Because of water pressure issues, firefighters had to pull a line from several blocks away. Their line stretched from Mack, over to McClellan--- and around to Lessing. The firefighter injured was knocked to the ground after a driver drove over the line on Mack, near the water supply. He suffered a concussion and was taken to the hospital to be checked out.
