(WXYZ) - A Detroit News reporter is accused of threatening to kill the ex-wife of State Treasurer Andy Dillon.

Carol Dillon was granted a personal protection order two weeks ago against reporter Leonard Fleming. In her request she said Fleming sent her a picture of his genitals and told her that's what she'd be missing if they stopped being friends.

She said in the PPO request that he threatened to kill her more than once.

We left a message for Fleming Wednesday night, but he hasn't returned our call. The Detroit News is not currently commenting.

Carol Dillon's divorce from State Treasurer Andy Dillon was finalized in October.
