Detroit has a plan to reshape the city. The master plan won't be put in stone until at least a year, but those involved are now crafting a framework.
Organizers will spend the next 12-18 months reaching out to Detroiters by asking them to weigh in on what the future of the city should look like.
Mayor Dave Bing's top priorities include land use development, economic recovery, public services, transportation and neighborhood stabilization.
