DETROIT (WXYZ) - The Detroit Police Department is asking for the public's help to find two suspects wanted in connection with the robbery of a cell phone store that is located on East Jefferson, near Belle Isle.
The theft happened on September, 12, 2013 at approximately 10:00 am.
Police say the first man entered the store and then ordered the two employees to the back of the building. That's when the second suspect entered the store.
The men were able to get away with an undisclosed amount of money and merchandise. No one was injured in the robbery.
The first suspect is in his 20s. He's about 5'8" tall and weighs about 160 pounds. He has a medium build and a dark brown complexion. At the time of the robbery he was wearing a red bandana over his face, a baseball cap, a brown leather jacket, green cargo pants and black boot. He was armed.
The second suspect is in his 20s. He's about 5'9" tall and weighs about 250 pounds. He has a large build and a dark brown complexion. He was wearing a green oversized sweater, green pants and Timberland boots.
