DETROIT (WXYZ) - The Yorkdown will go down in history as the first cruise ship to disembark from Detroit's new port along the river.

The ship, which can hold up to 130 passengers, will take a seven day journey that will end in Chicago. The captain of the ship says this will be one of many cruises for the Yorktown that will include a stop in the motor city.
