DETROIT (WXYZ) - Detroit's latest pop-up store may bring unique toys to downtown during the holiday shopping season.
Spielhaus Toys, the brainchild of Kurt Spieles, opens Monday in the 1200-block of Woodward Ave. It's a beneficiary of the D:Hive project, which provides entrepreneurs with two months rent-free retail space.
Spieles says the store will feature creative, hands-on toys that inspire children to learn.
The store opens Monday, October 21 and will make its final sale on Christmas Eve.
