DETROIT (WXYZ) - Funeral services were held for Abreeya Brown and Ashley Conaway Monday.
Thousands of mourners gathered for the joint funeral. The two Hamtramck women were abducted and later found shot to death.
Services for 18-year-old Abreeya Brown and 22-year-old Ashley Conaway were held at Solomon's Temple in Detroit.
Police say the women were abducted Feb. 28 in front of Brown's Hamtramck home.
The bodies of Brown and Conaway were found in a shallow grave on March 25.
Sources tell 7 Action News the women were bound, shot and buried.
Two men, Brandon Cain and Brian Lee, are being called persons of interest in the case. They're currently in jail on other charges.
