Detroit, Michigan (WXYZ) - A man in his twenties was killed Wednesday morning while working at Great Lakes Dialysis, LLC in Detroit.
Detroit Police say the shooting happened before 7:00 a.m.
The man was working as a security guard at the business at Kercheval and Phillip.
His shift was almost over. He was found shot near the entrance outside the building.
Police say they have not yet notified his family, so his identity is being withheld.
Workers at the business describe him as a reliable worker, and a gentleman known to open the door with a smile for co-workers as they arrived for the day.
Detroit Police say no one is in custody for the murder. They are investigating the motive.
