DETROIT (WXYZ) - Officials have downgraded a HAZMAT situation at the CSX rail yard in Detroit on the city's southwest side.
Crews were called out after one person came into contact with a chemical. Officials are not identifying the chemical.
That person did suffer injuries, but they are not being called serious and medical treatment is under way.
