(WYXZ) - A judge has put a gag order in place for all witnesses in the Cipriano murder trial.
Prosecutors asked for the ruling following the family's controversial push for a plea bargain deal last week.
The witnesses are now barred from talking about the case.
Tucker Cipriano and his friend are charged with beating Cipriano's father to death with a baseball bat. They are also accused of severely injuring his mother and brother.
The trial moves forward with day two of jury selection Wednesday.
