Judge voids sections of consent agreement

DETROIT (WXYZ) - Ingham County Judge Paula Manderfield entered an order late Wednesday voiding certain sections of Detroit’s consent agreement with the state.
AFSCME activist Robert Davis says this order for the Financial Stability Agreement means the city cannot implement pay cuts and work rule changes.
