A man will stand trial accused of running a pre-paid funeral insurance scam in metro Detroit.

Police are now worried there may be more victims.

Harvey Leon Puckett waived his right to a preliminary hearing on Friday. Police say he sold fake funeral insurance plans to seniors under the name Lincoln Heritage Pre-Planning.

Investigators say Puckett pocketed about $8,000 before one of his victims in Warren realized he never got any documentation after his purchase and called police.

If you bought an insurance plan from Puckett, police are urging you to contact them.
